NodePad is currently in beta, which means access is free but invite-based. The Palaz Company sends invites in batches so the team can support each group of new users well before opening up to the next. This page explains how to get on the list and what happens after you do.

How to request access

Visit node-pad.com/beta and submit your email address. That’s it — no referral code or application form required.
1

Submit your email

Go to node-pad.com/beta and enter your email. You’ll see a confirmation message on the page. No further action is needed on your end.
2

Wait for your invite wave

Invites go out in batches. You’ll receive an email from The Palaz Company when your wave is ready. The email contains a direct link to create your account — no extra verification step.
3

Create your account and start

Follow the link in the email, set a password, and you’re in. Your first canvas is waiting. Head to the quick start to get your first thread running in under five minutes.
There is no paid tier during beta. All features — including multi-thread canvases, forking, merging, sticky notes, and all supported models — are available to every beta user at no cost.

Frequently asked questions

NodePad will move from invite-only beta to general availability once the team is confident the product is stable and support can scale. There is no announced date yet. Submitting your email at node-pad.com/beta puts you ahead of the public launch queue — you’ll get access before GA opens.
Your canvases, conversations, and settings are saved to your account and persist between sessions throughout the beta period. The Palaz Company will provide advance notice before any changes to data retention policies. During beta, you should treat the product as pre-production: avoid storing sensitive or irreplaceable information you can’t afford to lose.
Beta software can have bugs and unexpected behavior. Export or copy any content that is important to you, rather than relying solely on NodePad as your primary store.
Wait times vary depending on demand and the pace of the current invite wave. Some users receive access within a few days; others wait a few weeks. You will not receive a specific estimated wait time when you sign up. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from The Palaz Company.
During beta, access is managed through the waitlist — you cannot generate invite links for other people directly. If you want your team to get access together, have each person submit their email individually. You can contact The Palaz Company to request group or team access for enterprise evaluation.
Pricing for general availability has not been announced. Beta users will be informed of any upcoming pricing changes before they take effect. The beta itself is entirely free.
Yes. NodePad Enterprise supports self-hosting, air-gapped deployment, SSO and SCIM provisioning, role-based access control, and audit logs. Enterprise evaluation is available separately from the public beta. See the Enterprise overview or contact The Palaz Company directly to discuss your requirements.
