NodePad Enterprise is designed for organizations that cannot send data to third-party infrastructure, operate in regulated industries, or have compliance requirements that a standard SaaS product cannot meet. It includes everything in the public beta, plus the controls you need to run NodePad entirely on your own terms — in your VPC, behind your firewall, with your identity provider and your model endpoints.
NodePad Enterprise is separate from the public beta. The beta runs on NodePad-managed cloud infrastructure. Enterprise deployments run on your infrastructure, under your control.

What’s included

Every Enterprise deployment includes the full set of security, identity, and compliance features listed below. There are no tiers within Enterprise — when you deploy NodePad in your environment, you get everything.

Self-hosting

Deploy NodePad inside your own VPC. Bring your own cloud infrastructure, keys, and model endpoints.

SSO + SCIM

Enforce single sign-on via SAML 2.0 or OIDC, and automate user provisioning with SCIM directory sync.

Air-gapped deployment

Run NodePad with zero egress. Models execute entirely inside your network perimeter.

Audit logs + RBAC

Full activity logging with exportable audit trails, and granular role-based access control.

Who Enterprise is for

NodePad Enterprise is built for teams where data sovereignty is non-negotiable:
  • Regulated industries — healthcare, finance, legal, and government organizations subject to HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar frameworks
  • Defense and intelligence — teams operating in classified or air-gapped environments
  • Enterprises with existing identity infrastructure — organizations that require SSO and automated user lifecycle management
  • Teams with custom model requirements — organizations running their own inference endpoints via Ollama, vLLM, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI

Your data stays yours

NodePad never trains on your conversations. On the Enterprise plan, your data never leaves your infrastructure at all — it stays inside the environment you control, subject to the policies you set.
Yes. Even on the public beta, NodePad does not train models on your conversations. The beta runs on NodePad-managed cloud infrastructure, so data is processed on NodePad’s servers. Enterprise deployments eliminate this entirely — your data never leaves your network.
Yes. Enterprise lets you connect your own keys for external model providers, or point NodePad at your own inference endpoints running Ollama, vLLM, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Yes. NodePad is designed from the ground up to support fully air-gapped deployments. No outbound calls are required once the software is installed in your environment.
